La Capra Associates conducted the six month study on behalf of the North Carolina Energy Policy Council, reviewing the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard enacted in 2007. The study featured and assessment of compliance to date, resource options for REPS compliance in the future, and a discussion of potential strategies to achieve legislation and stakeholder goals.
